Thursday 16th April: Depart London Gatwick Airport at 07:00AM, arriving into Pisa International Airport at 10:15AM.
Friday 17th April: Depart Pisa International Airport at 12:00AM, arriving into London Gatwick at 01:20PM.
Full details:
Your official matchday experience begins with priority check-in at London Gatwick Airport, where you’ll board a private charter flight to Pisa. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by Sportsworld staff and transferred by private coach to the heart of Florence. You’ll then have time to drop bags at the hotel, explore the city, soak up the atmosphere, and enjoy the unique buzz that only a European matchday can offer.
You’ll then join fellow VIPs for an exclusive pre-match function at a local restaurant before your transfer to the stadium for the match. Kick-off is 21:00 (local time). Following the final whistle, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. The next day you will check out of the hotel and be transferred back to Pisa airport for your return charter flight to London Gatwick, arriving home after an unforgettable experience supporting Crystal Palace on their Conference League journey.

Venue Change or Force Majeure events – should the event be cancelled or moved, due reasons outside Sportsworld’s control, then Sportsworld will not be liable to refund customers for monies paid to suppliers on their behalf. However, we will look to move your booking to the new location with the lowest financial impact to you, or any monies that are recovered from suppliers in such circumstances will be returned if you decide not to accept the new travel arrangements.
